長(なが)い話(はなし)を聞(き)いて、最後(さいご)に「だから？」と思(おも)ったことはありませんか。結論(けつろん)がない話(はなし)は聞(き)いていて面白(おもしろ)くありません。このように話(はなし)に結論(けつろん)があるのを「おち」がある話(はなし)と言(い)います。特(とく)に興味深(きょうみぶか)いとか楽(たの)しい「おち」は関西人(かんさいじん)に喜(よろこ)ばれます。

反対(はんたい)に結論(けつろん)がない、面白(おもしろ)くない話(はなし)は関西人(かんさいじん)には嫌(いや)がられます。「おち」がない話(はなし)をする場合(ばあい)、関西(かんさい)ではどうするのでしょうか。それは、適当(てきとう)な嘘(うそ)であたかも「おち」があるように話(はなし)をして、最後(さいご)に「知(し)らんけど」と言(い)い責任逃(せきにんのが)れをします。「知(し)らんけど」
